Twenty-two years after the original body swap, Anna (Lindsay Lohan) is now a mother to teenage daughter Harper, and Tess (Jamie Lee Curtis) helps raise her. Anna is about to marry Eric, whose daughter Lily is Harper’s soon-to-be stepsister. During a palm-reading session at Anna’s bachelorette party, a magical four-way body swap occurs: Anna swaps with Harper, and Tess swaps with Lily. As everyone navigates life in each other’s bodies, they tumble through misunderstandings, family drama, and emotional growth — and ultimately, they learn more about love, empathy, and what makes a “family.”
