    We are BACK! It's been a minute, but we are happy to be back to share with you more stories, advice, and experiences of living in Rural Canada. In this episode, we met up with Jodie Romanow of Ritz Machine Works, located in Sunny Dauphin, Manitoba. Ritz Machine Works, founded in 1998 by Rick Elnyski and Tom Zapperan, started with a few workers and is currently located in a former cheese factory. They produce OEM parts for various North American companies and have facilities in both Dauphin, Canada, and Cambridge, Minnesota, employing 58 people in Canada and nearly 40 in the US.
