Welcome to a new day.
Let’s begin by arriving — right here, right now.
Take a slow breath in…
and let it go gently.
As your body begins to wake,
notice the soft light around you…
the warmth of your bed…
and the miracle of simply being alive this morning.
Bring to mind one thing — just one —
that you’re grateful for.
It could be small.
A kind word.
A soft pillow.
The breath in your lungs.
Let it come naturally.
Now, notice how that gratitude feels.
Where do you sense it in your body?
Does it have a temperature? A shape?
Let it grow… gently.
Let it spread across your chest, your face, your breath.
This feeling — this quiet appreciation —
can guide you today.
You don’t need to rush.
You don’t need to chase.
You’ve already begun the day with something beautiful.
Take one last deep breath in…
and breathe out slowly.
Gently open your eyes.
Bring this gratitude with you.
Into whatever comes next.
