Before the day begins,
take a few moments just for you.
No rushing. No urgency.
Simply arrive.
Notice your breath.
Not to change it, just to feel it.
The inhale — cool, clear, and fresh.
The exhale — long, grounding, steady.
Begin to draw in energy with every inhale.
Feel it light up your chest.
Wake up the muscles.
Reawaken the mind.
Let each breath stir a little more life through the body.
Picture the sun rising behind your eyes.
Golden. Expansive.
It spreads through your shoulders, your spine,
down your legs, into your fingertips.
You are charging up — gently, fully.
If there’s any resistance or fatigue,
just notice it… and breathe right through.
This moment is all you need to begin.
Nothing else is required.
Your body knows how to rise.
Take one deep, awake breath in —
and release it fully.
Now, open your eyes when you’re ready.
You’ve already gathered the energy you need.
Let today begin.
