Moonday Musings: End of June Reflection & Gratitude

And just like that, we’re halfway through 2025. For this week’s last Monday of the month episode, let’s look back not just on June, but back to December 2024. What were you planning? What were you going through? What did the transition from winter into spring and spring into summer look like?

Just a handful of days after this year’s Summer Solstice, this is truly an excellent time for reflection and gratitude as we’re basking in the bright peak illumination of the Cancer Sun. Ground your energy so you don’t get too swept away by any emotional tides, pull out your journal, grab a snack or something to drink, and I’ll help you take a look back on where you’ve been, and how you want to intentionally move forward into the next month and the second half of the year.
