    To this amazing success story of Chef Ron Tadeo and his wife Lauren Margaretta, Owners and  Operators of Monster Vegan Philly who opened a  one-of-a-kind vegan comfort food take-out business in the middle of the 2020 pandemic. 
    Chef Ron and his team are currently operating the take out and delivery business out of a brick-and-mortar space in Philadelphia, located at 1229 Spruce St (formerly Valanni).
    They are Monster-izing the space to open the doors soon to a full dining experience.

    Chef Ron shares the plant based proteins he uses, his inspiration for the menu and why the hell there are creepy hands holding his sandwiches on IG.
