How we doing good people?

It has been a while since we've been on the couch together. From spring to fall, so much has happened and many lessons have been learned. This episode and maybe a few others that follow aren't as jazzy as past episodes. This new season, represents new beginnings (the biblical numerology for the number 8) and we will walk through how powerful that is in this current chapter of life. I look forward to moving through them now that I've made it to the other side. I hope you will stick with me (even though I haven't been the most consistent) because this space is precious for me. Sometimes, even in the best of relationships there are times when you don't connect often but you're able to pick up where you left off...let's pick back up!

How we doing good people? Many of us know the struggle of living presently while grieving privately. Some hurts, losses and disappointments have even had the power to change the core of who we are as individuals. Today on the couch, I talk about the full circle revelation of healing some hurts associated with grief I've carried for over 20 years. You know what I mean?
