Moment Of Truth

We all been through tough times in life and we carry on like nothing happened. we try to bury that pain within us because if we wear it on the outside, we become something we don’t understand. But the truth is, emotions don’t go away If we ignore them, They become aggressive and difficult to cope with.  we need to acknowledge our hurt and allow ourselves the chance to heal.
