Homework:

This week, I want you to practice thought awareness and replacement:

1. Write down 3 negative thoughts that have been on repeat in your mind.
2. For each thought, identify the root: Is this coming from fear, past experiences, or current stress?
3. Find one scripture or truth that directly counters each negative thought.
4. Every time that thought comes up, intentionally replace it with truth.
5. Take inventory of what you’re consuming this week (music, social media, conversations) and remove or limit anything that feeds negativity.
