  • Modafinil (Provigil) is a CNS stimulant medication. I cover modafinil pharmacology, adverse effects, drug interactions, and much more on this podcast episode. Cardiovascular changes are a risk with modafinil as this medication can contribute to hypertension and tachycardia.
