  • Episode 593: Why Everyone's Getting Communication Wrong in 2026
    Apr 1 2026

True connection begins with meaningful communication, but in today’s digital world, that skill is fading. If you’ve been craving deeper conversations, this episode is your starting point. We explore transformative strategies to elevate how you communicate and connect. What began as “social distancing” has shaped how we engage, leading to surface-level conversations and limited perspectives. Today, we shift that narrative. This solo episode is designed to bring clarity, structure, and intention back into your relationships. It’s powerful, honest, and yes—potentially uncomfortable for some.

Welcome to the chart below, to help navigate the best case studies to help build the best communication patterns between men and women!

“Hope You Have A Great Day”

In short, it’s a polite, friendly statement, but it doesn’t naturally spark further conversation unless the other person chooses to respond.
Instead of ending with a wish, invite a response:
    • “Hope you have a great day! What are you up to today?”
    • “Hope you have a great day! Any exciting plans?”
✅ This keeps the conversation flowing because it asks for input.

    “Hope You Are Doing Well”

On its own, it does not naturally spark a conversation—it’s more of an opening or greeting.
Summary: “Hope you are doing well” is a courteous opener, not a conversation starter by itself.

To make it conversational, you need to follow it with a question, context, or personal detail.

    1. Add a question about their life or work
    • “Hope you are doing well! How’s your week going so far?”
    • “Hope you are doing well! How’s work on that project coming along?”
✅ Shows genuine interest and invites a response.

    2. Reference something specific about them
    • “Hope you are doing well! Did your trip to [city] go as planned?”
    • “Hope you are doing well! How’s your new role at [company]?”
✅ Personalizing makes it feel less generic and more engaging.

    3. Connect over shared experiences
    • “Hope you are doing well! Can you believe how fast this month has gone?”
    • “Hope you are doing well! Did you catch that event we talked about?”
    ✅ Shared context encourages conversation.

  • Episode 592: How to Start a Real Dialogue About the Patriarchy
    Mar 25 2026
Today on The Mitchell Report Unleashed Podcast, we’re diving into a real conversation about the patriarchy with Jenna Goodhand and Renée Primeau.

In a world where the internet is full of noise, opinions, and division, this episode focuses on something different: building a bridge in the conversation. We explore the realities that both men and women navigate, and why understanding each other’s perspectives matters more than ever.

Together, we break down the meaning of the patriarchy — traditionally defined as a social organization marked by the authority of the father within the family, the legal dependence of wives and children, and systems of descent and inheritance through the male line. But beyond the definition, we explore what it means today and how conversations like this can open the door to collaboration, intentional listening, and deeper dialogue.

This episode is about understanding, perspective, and creating space for meaningful conversations that inspire growth in our everyday lives.
