Kay A. & Eddy J. discuss discrimination law with special guest Keshia. During this mission they elaborate on the three challenges below:

Challenge #1 - The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission

• EEOC Equal Employment Opportunity Commission was established by the Civil Rights Act of 1964 to enforce civil rights laws against workplace discrimination.

Challenge #2 - What it’s like being a discrimination attorney

• Keisha works with EEOC investigators on behalf of her clients.

Challenge #3 - How do I know if I have a case and what is evidence

• Find the closest EEOC office by calling 1-800-669-4000 and request to file a complaint with them. (within 180 days of the incident)
