    It’s 5:15 p.m. on March 4th, 2001. A 911 call is made from the Old Hickory Mall in Jackson, Tennessee. A father reports his daughter missing - an 11-year-old who went inside to shop, but never came back. He says he fell asleep in his van while she was gone.
