The jury found the company's at fault and awarded the families. The case was more about responsibility and safety to prevent problems.

The case delved into how safety was ignored and the endless put out of feeds, images and more affected the viewers, which caused mental health issues.

Here is the sentencing of La Toisha Daniels for the trial which took place in Fall 2025. She was in a two year relationship with a minister which spiraled into a fatality of Mr. Perry who took advantage of her insecurities.

The fate of LaToisha Daniels was very thought out and delivered by the judge in February 2026. Her time served has been very enduring and useful. She has managed to write books for family of incarcerated individuals along with self help books for men and others
