• Go through your bills and bank statements to look for subscriptions you may have forgotten about. 
• Use the 'Cancel Subscription' option on smart devices.

• Use online tools and apps to monitor and cancel subscriptions
• Search through your emails for any subscriptions you may have forgotten about.
