This brand new podcast aims to kill stigma and shame through sharing experiences and learning. This first episode introduces hosts, Sarah and Mat who share experiences of the police, the care system and self harm. Sarah shares experiences of being wrongly diagnosed and Mat refused mental health support because he was self medicating with a substance. With the UK facing a mental health crisis we need to be able to learn from others experiences, this podcast welcomes feedback and encourages people to talk ❤️
