What if you’re not missing God’s voice? We been trained to listen for the external voice from afar, invading our thoughts and interrupting the flow of daily life, but what if you’re not actually missing his voice because he’s not speaking often as an outsider demanding attention?

When the Bible presents a God of actual justice, the cognitive conflict gets so uncomfortable that we try to fix it. We pull out our theological Sharpies and try to edit Hell out of the Book just to save God’s "PR brand." We assume that if we can just eliminate Hell, we can finally believe God is loving.

But what if we have it completely backwards? What if trying to erase Hell actually erases the greatest proof of God's love in the history of the universe?
