Mike walks me through the early days of his career, when you could swap a pint for a job at Reebok, the route to his current position, and touches on some of the personal hurdles worked through along the way. All things I should really have been aware of given I've known him for 14 years.
We cover a lot, from self-worth and finding alignment to career wins, and the losses. It went where it went which means we didn't touch on some important things like Mike's Oscar nomination, or live drawing at the Super Bowl and a World Cup Final. But now that's been covered... enjoy!
