Merging the Selves

Most of us will go through periods or 'eras' of ourselves (anyone else got some sweet pics from that emo era??)

As we expand and shift and grow - sometimes it's a matter of walking away from the past self... but oftentimes, I think we're meant to find a way to integrate the aspects of that version of ourselves - and fold it into the new era.
