Mentoring as part of an inclusive culture with Abigail Melville

In our last episode of the series, we speak to the delightful Abigail Melville, Founder, and CEO of London-based social enterprise We Rise about empowering young people and connecting organisations to diverse talent through mentoring.

Abigail is passionate about tackling inequality, after 25 years of working in public, commercial, and non-profit organisations. She founded We Rise to make an impact in her community by collaborating with employers to create projects that are inspirational for young people, rewarding for professionals, and of real value for clients.
