Honest and Real

I've listened to many episodes of Mental Illness Happy Hour and this was quite possibly the most impactful. Hearing Charlie's life story was absolutely heartbreaking and was a great reminder that some people have had it insurmountably more difficult than myself.

Very Moving

I'm so happy to hear content that helps me feel less alone in my healing journey. The narration feels very genuine. I really enjoyed listening to this episode and am eager to listen to more. I've started following you on some social networks not only to get more content but to support you continuing to share stories and thoughts. They do help others.

Relatable content

I’ve listened to this podcast for a few years now in Spotify, recently new to Amazon audible. Paul has a way with words and people that truly does normalize the tabu and easily misunderstood experiences of life. He covers a wide variety of topics as well as different guests. His dry sense of humor is a great plus. I find comfort listening to his episodes in some of my darkest times. Many thanks Paul.

Comforting and normalizing

miller is cool, I like his realness and what he said resonates in some ways for this Texas girl.
