Acerca de esta escucha

The second of these two special episodes sees us talking to the mental health professionals. In this episode, I discuss the mental health challenges of lockdown and modern life Tanya Morgan and Harriet Summerfield. We cover counselling options, wellbeing, self-care and healthy routines.

This is a bonus episode for season 2. Season 3 will return in October 2023 when we’ll be talking to Joe Hillcox about music, games, and joining the force. Other things to look forward to next season are Dan “Dan the Banjo Man” Walsh, including a live performance, a call from Las Vegas discussing Stranger Things for Halloween, and Peter Morgan from Fish Records talking about those round things with a hole in the middle that spin and make a noise.
