In this powerful conversation, I sit down with Nathan Spagnola—shamanic practitioner, world traveler, and cycle breaker. Nathan shares his unexpected journey into healing and shamanism, how plant medicine opened his heart, and what it really takes to walk the path of truth, especially as a man in today’s world.
We dive into:
• Healing the healer first
• Why real transformation starts with self-accountability
• The burden of silence for men—and the power of speaking up
• Emotional abuse, trauma, and the rise of the #MenToo movement
• How we reclaim our joy, personal freedom, and inner peace
• What it means to create heaven on Earth, one choice at a time
Nathan’s story is one of pain, awareness, and redemption. His vulnerability is a call to all of us—male or female—to face our shadows, break inherited patterns, and choose a different future.
✨ Quote from Nathan:
“When you do the work, you reclaim the joy you thought was lost… and you become a safe place for others to do the same.”
✨ Quote from Corinne:
“I don’t want anyone to feel like I did as a child. That’s why I speak. That’s why I do this podcast. The secret stops with me.”
