President Timur joins Maggie and John to talk adjunct faculty support, her first (nearly) two years as President of FGCU, her story from Istanbul to the United States, being a TA to President. She shares how the 3 P's are part of her whole story, her style of leadership, her lessons learned, the importance of active listening and the strategic plan as we innovate to student success.
