Meditation

There are many words in any given culture that tend to shift and change their meaning over a long enough period of time. But as Christians, we want to pay close attention to, and defend, any time a biblical term begins to be assigned a different definition than what the Scriptures have set forth. Meditation is one of those words. What does the Bible have to say about this essential spiritual discipline?
