He has developed three doctoral programs in Chinese medicine and three institutional review boards for human subjects research. He led institutions to regional accreditation and has served as a consultant to develop program standards for certification. Will has 43 years of experience combining historical astrological medical methods in clinical practice. He has two books published with China's most prominent medical publishing house. He has other books related to diagnostics, particularly in the field of using astrology as a tool for understanding the human being. His forthcoming book, Sky and Meridian, explores various techniques of using the sky as part of the field of signs and symptoms of clinical practice. In this case, that is relevant to the Meridian systems of Chinese medicine.
