I'm a professional mediator who's always looking to improve my mediation skills. I found this program to be an excellent overview of mediation styles. Some of it is basic, but Mr. Cohen's anecdotes about how he broke impasse in several cases was particularly helpful. Worth listening to for CLE self-study credit and to remember and reinforce the basics that all mediators must master.
