I just found this podcast and I’m hooked. Listening to you ladies feels like conversations in the break room. I’m an RN of 22 years and I can’t get enough of this podcast. My only gripe is that I’m now all caught up. I got greedy and binged. Hard y’all. I laughed, I cried, I yelled profanity. It’s the total package. Also, keep the profanity in. Feels like home.

This podcast is so addicting! Devon and Kate are truly amazing storytellers. Their fun banter makes me laugh out loud. They handle those grisly parts of a chrime delicately so you still can sleep at night. Their medical background really shines through here. They make the medical side of the crimes understandable even if you have never worked in the field. They have a good variety of crime stories. I am excited to keep listening and see what stories we will hear next. Awesome job ladies. Keep em coming!!!!

I normally do not enjoy factual/serious oriented podcasts with two hosts, especially those that are friends. One person is usually the clown and neither are educated in the subject, more like hobbyists. These two are NOT that. Both come from the medical field. They treat each history with the right balance, so that you are informed and entertained, without feeling like you are listening to a comedy team. Warning- they do excellent research and give information & details that can be uncomfortable to listen to. I have passed on a couple of episodes that I knew would be too difficult for me.

As a fellow nurse this podcast feels like I’m chatting with my favorite co workers about some messes up patients, but even my husband, who is non medical and not into true crime, enjoys the friendly banter on this podcast! A disturbing but easy listen.

I stumbled upon this podcast and I’m so glad I did!! I love true crime but this is really one of the best. I’ve sent it to all my friends.
Language could be toned down sometimes…unnecessary, in my opinion, but not so much it’s an issue for me. I think that has even improved as they have done more. Love it!!!! ❤️
