Me, my Soul-Self and I

In this episode I dive into the process of the Soul Self finding it's seat in the human vessel and how I have been personally navigating this and honing my trust, truth and channel in the process.

Once I am done with the more personal stuff I channel some pretty fun and hopefully useful advice on working with our stories and an exercise to identify past lives and use the info we find to tie up, level up and master many lifetimes of karmic cycles and patterns.
