Mayor Chris Scanlon on the Thursday morning murder on South Ogden

Buffalo's acting Mayor Chris Scanlon joined the show today to provide the latest update on the homicide that occurred Thursday morning on South Ogden Street. The prime suspect, Rickey Crouch, had a past record of multiple arrests. One of those two previous arrests posted a $50,000 bail and the District Attorney's office requested he not be released. Although Crouch was not on bail at the time of this incident, Mayor Scanlon also used this opportunity to outline why bail reform needs to be re-examined in New York State.
