    George Hurd is a Berlin-based composer and sound artist whose music focuses on classical composition, electronic music, and the endlessly beautiful world where they intersect. He performs solo but also heads The Hurd Ensemble, an electro-acoustic group that performs his music for classical chamber ensemble and electronics. He has written for film, podcast, dance, and VR, while his music has been performed around the world from the Kennedy Center in Washington D.C. to the cutting-edge electronic music festival, Mutek.
