    Everyone needs a reason to get up in the morning. Some ambition, some goal, some task to do, something to create.

    How to get discouraged (If I know the steps... I can avoid taking them)
    If I just look around at the problems in the world, I will get depressed.

    I acknowledge that there will always be problems. There will always be evil, sin, dishonesty, lying, and immorality. It has been so since the fall of Adam.

    I sometimes want to suggest to God that He change the rules and simply wipe evil off the face of the planet. However, He reminds me He is God. He sets the rules, and I am to respond with “Yes, Lord.”

this is exactly what I was looking for. As one who has experienced trauma and seen some healing and continues to need more, this felt like picking up a giant handful of candy from an unlimited bowl. the candy is having the information to then start to see the heart healed mind will and emotions, grateful for this conversation and the tools that are behind these two brilliant anointed men.
