Danette Pulley — Beyond being the Executive Director of the MarketStar Cares foundation, Danette is a prolific volunteer and a real rockstar in the Ogden, Utah community — sitting on the board of the Get Out and Live Foundation (GOAL), working with the Weber School District to bring an International Baccalaureate program to Ogden High, and leading the charge on getting the Eccles Ogden Community Soccer Complex planned and built

This episode, Nicole Fisher and Jordan Donahoe speak with Kayla Bailey, an elementary school student alongside grandmother and fellow MarketStar Employee, Johanna Bailey-Graham. Joining the discussion is Spencer Okey, Kayla's Principal, and Danette Pulley, MarketStar Foundation's Executive Director.

Kayla is a passionate young community activist currently working on raising awareness for better equipment locally at her school. She has had many previous successes in generating conversations for improvements for her school and driving donations to those in need.

Joey Lopez Sr. is a Global Program Manager at MarketStar. As a young actor and model, Joey developed a diverse range of experiences and talents centered around connecting to others. After recovering from bone cancer, he continued to apply his skills in the entertainment industry with an eventual move into sales. With over ten years of experience in digital marketing, sales conversion, and technology, he joined MarketStar to lead our sales teams continuing his passion of encouraging a sense of belonging in the workplace. He and his wife of 24 years live happily with their four children and grandchild.
