The first half of the show, Patricia interviews Tom Bunn, author of Panic Free: The 10-Day Program to End Panic, Anxiety, and Claustrophobia, which is the result of his many years addressing flight panic in his role as an airline pilot. He will discuss his findings on better ways to control stress, other than medication and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. In the second half hour, Patricia interviews Mark Coleman, author of From Suffering to Peace, Make Peace with Your Mind, and Awake in the Wild. He has guided students as a corporate consultant, counselor, meditation teacher, and wilderness guide. He will discuss the inner critic, which is the voice inside our heads reminding us that we are never “good enough”, and how to understand the process.
