I grew my electrical contracting business.

I grew my electrical contracting business by listen to Tommy’s podcast snd books. I did not have experience on the trades but a PhD electrical engineer with an unlimited electrical contractors license. Started working on municipal contracts but with long pay time I decided to try home service electricsl contracting. I listed to Tommy tooooo many times. What did I do, used his techniques for hiring, try guys out for a day, I got a CRM. I also hired and SEO and SEM expert. I’m 5 months in, grown from no trucks to 2 two trucks, from 0$ per month to $25k per month. Our goal is 3 more trucks by March 2022. Then we will expand into other metro markets. Thanks Tommy!!!
