The cost of living and the pressures on the pocket for all adults has never been so hard in modern memory.

We concentrate on the steps you can take, that maybe you're too scared to take, that you haven't felt able to as you had no belief or support.

We can all reinvent, the resources are there for us to do it, it's finding the bravery and the niche, taking calculated risk for satisfying gain, growth or safety.

Ever wondered if you could have an instant erase button for the stuff that trips out your mouth ? Or if you could unhear what others say in your presence or that is directed at you ? Learning how to speak to others in a kind and considerate manner is a life skill. Learning to have the conversations NOW that matter is something we will all have to consider the weight of. If you don't learn that lesson you end up with regrets that last a lifetime.

Be nice, be heard, help others, educate, cosset and cherish the emotions that matter, and remember we only get one life.
