Then, Kelsey's Silly Nonsense Short covers Chewy the raccoon in Springfield, Ohio that was found inside a car by police during a traffic stop. This raccoon had at least one meth pipe in its possession. It is still unclear if this raccoon simply has a problem or if he had an intent to sell and distribute, which would carry a much larger sentence in the forest.
