Hello Everyone and welcome back to Magic Power!

Today we are diving into 2 very well known albums from 2 bands you've probably heard of. Nirvana is certainly far more iconic than Avenged Sevenfold, but they are popular enough to where you definitely have heard some music from each band. Nirvana changed the entire music industry, as well as Chad's life. Avenged Sevenfold was very prevalent in Dennis's life for a period of time due to one of his hobbies.

Tune in to hear why these albums have the Magic Power!

    Welcome back to Magic Power!

On this episode, Chad and Dennis will be dipping into a genre that is very different than typical music tastes, which is Electronic music. Now, Steven Wilson's "Harmony Codex" probably isn't considered electronic, but it certainly has elements of electronic music in it with his unique sound. Odesza's "The Last Goodbye" however, is full fledged Electronic music that is full of energy. Both of these albums are probably out of the norm for most people, so check out the albums, and tune in to this episode to hear our thoughts!

    Welcome back to Magic Power!

On this episode, Chad and Dennis once again explore and discuss 2 albums that mean something very special to them. As per usual, the albums are polar opposites in terms of sound, but the one thing that they have in common is that the music within them has that special Magic Power that is so important to us. Long Lost has a sort of western feel to it, while bringing this cinematic sort of feel to the way it sounds. The Downward Spiral is full of some of the most unique and catchy music that you can come across, and it is paired with strong emotions within it's writing and vocals. Check it out!

    Welcome back to Magic Power!

On this episode, Chad and Dennis will be diving into a few lesser known albums. Yogi Lang is someone who has a history in a few different bands, including a Pink Floyd tribute band, which is appropriate because No Decoder definitely feels inspired by Pink Floyd. Mad Season on the other hand, is a band that consists of the singer from Alice in Chains, the guitarist from Pearl Jam, and a few others. Unfortunately, they were only able to come out with just one album, which is "Above"

Tune in, and check out the corresponding albums!

In this episode, Chad and Dennis look for the Magic Power in a few lesser known albums. Porcupine Tree is a group that is akin to bands like Pink Floyd, due to it's unique and enchanting sound. Toothgrinder on the other hand, is a band that is pretty heavy, and features the gritty vocals that are reminiscent of Chester Bennington. Tune in, and check out the albums to see if you agree with our thoughts!

    Welcome back to Magic Power!

Today, we will be having a conversation about 2 albums that we have emotional connections to, and yet are so very different. Twenty One Pilots have been a huge part of Dennis's journey with music, and there are many things about the lyrics that resonate with him. Mike Posner is not something that Chad would typically listen to, and yet there were some personal experiences in his life that drew him to Posner's music

    Welcome back to Magic Power!

This week, we are bringing you two "Double" albums that feature over 20 songs each. Chad decided to pick "The Wall" from Pink Floyd, and Dennis went with "Unreal Unearth: Unaired" from Hozier. These two albums don't have a whole lot in common, which makes for a fun discussion when it comes to our differing and/or overlapping opinions on them! Chad gives a performance of a lifetime, so tune in for that alone!

    Welcome back to Magic Power!

This episode is gonna be much different than previous episodes, because we decided to give each other albums that we love, but we DEFINITLEY did not expect the other person to enjoy. The one thing that Travis Scott and Comus have in common, is that they have their own unique sound. Outside of that, they could not be further apart. Tune in to see what we thought!
