On this episode of 15 Minutes of Fame we visit with Mac Morris, the Co-Executive Director of the North Carolina Coaches Association and and 2021 member of the North Carolina Sports Hall of Fame.
Mac began his journey in sports at Roxboro High School and later went on to Division College where he studied under legendary basketball coach Left Driesell.
Following a stint in the military, Mac returned to Greensboro to coach at Page High School and became one of the best high school basketball coaches in our states history.
We talk about his coaching journey and the importance of continuing to educate coaches in our state on the podcast this week.
