Mental health crisis

As a mental health nurse for the last eight years, I have seen many patients experiencing a psychotic break from reality. I have seen many patients harm themselves when they’re not in their right mind. Based on my experience, it’s entirely believable that this lady could’ve stabbed herself. It is important when these events are witnessed that they are reported so the person can get the help they need.
