MONEY: BREAKING THE ILLUSION

1 Corinthians 3:21 (KJV)

Therefore, let no man glory in men. For all things are yours.

When God formed the world, money didn’t exist! Money is simply a societal evolution. Yet, many act as though it fell from Heaven, which simply isn't true. Are you aware that for decades, the money in your bank isn’t backed by physical banknotes but by a digital record of figures on a computer screen associated with your name as proof you have money there? That shows that, in this day and age, money is an illusion: it exists only in the eyes of the poor.

Your true value doesn’t lie in the amount of money you have in your pocket or the safety deposit box. Poverty isn’t a lack of finances. If you can focus your attention on developing your mind and heart, the quality of your character will control how much money responds to you.

Don’t let money rule you, it’s an illusion! Even the Bible says to store your treasures in Heaven, where they truly matter. Don't be so obsessed with the love of money, and you’ll see it come to you effortlessly. Take your mind off monetary things. Instead, look towards God's purpose for your life, and everything else will follow.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION

Money is not a master over me! When I invest time in improving myself through God's Word, I change how money responds to me. Amen.
