MISSING: Kiplyn Davis

In 1995, one of our listeners from Kentucky was high school pen pals with a girl named Kiplyn Davis from Spanish Fork, Utah, when one day the Spanish Fork Police called looking for answers. Kiplyn had gone missing. Kiplyn's story takes over 16 years to unfold and even though a few young men have been accused of and pled guilty to murder, no one has ever found Kiplyn or her remains.

SO TORN!!!

I don't USUALLY write reviews unless they're positive. Sometimes I just HAVE to put my opinion out there, positive or negative. This review is different for me. Here's why. I am a TRUE true crime fan! I have only listened to a few podcasts in my life! When I saw this one I was ECSTATIC! I had to start from the beginning. I am now on Episode 20 I believe and I am SOOOOOO TORN! I'm literally driving my daughters insane! Ok, so, Ashley Flowers.... ABSOLUTELY LOVE HER! I listen because of HER. HOWEVER, about 4 episodes in I found myself yelling at my phone!! I have absolutely no clue why Ashley chose Brit to be her co-host. I get it, BFF's & all. Some people are just not made for this and Brit is DEFINITELY one of those people. This woman is so infuriating!! I 1st became so angry at her because she literally was laughing at a victims horrible story. You're not a comedy act & you're telling stories of TRUE VICTIMS & laughing is just so inappropriate. Secondly, this woman doesn't have a single thought of her own! She literally piggybacks off Ashley in EVERY EPISODE! Ashley says something & Brit repeats it changing a noun or adjective. She talks to hear herself. She sounds uneducated, spoiled and like a ditz. She brings ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to this podcast except "Seriously!" "Totally!" "OMG FULL BODY CHILLS". I LOVED the episode where Ashley calls her out "Brit-Awwww, I'm picturing MY prom dress right now! Ashley-What prom dress?! You were home schooled!!!" LMAO! I listen because Ashley is amazing. I scream at my phone multiple times during every episode because Brit can't think for herself and/or says such ridiculous airheadish things! I keep praying the next episode Brit WON'T be in the next one! Supposedly she's the "Producer" however she has screwed Ashley over several times for not citing references Ashley has used! So co-host/producer IS HORRIBLE, co-host voice is like nails on a chalkboard, co-host tries to use a cute sexy voice but in actuality sounds like a complete DITZ! Host is AMAZING & needs to ditch co-host. BFF's or not. It's business. I guarantee you get rid of the waste of space next to you and you'll make it further, quicker. She holds you back. $100 says she reads this and says, "LIKE, OMG! THATS LIKE SERIOUSLY NOT COOL! SERIOUSLY!" I'll continue listening to this because of Ashley & my kids will "totally" hate me for screaming at the piggybacker next to Ashley! I know there's a ton of you out there who know exactly what I'm talking about! Please write your own review and warn the listeners! WTG ASHLEY!!

enjoyable and interesting

I really enjoy crime junkies. A friend got me turned on to it while visiting her. She lives in Maine, I'm in Arizona. The obscure stories that have received little media attention are interesting but a great form of activism to increase awareness about these cases. Sometimes the dialog between Ashley and Brit gets a little silly and becomes serious girl talking like at a sleeper and loses the casual professionalism usual demonstrated during the episodes. Listening is well worth it!

Good story, not a lot of info

I guess this is inherent of the story but unlike other episodes, there isn’t a lot of information about the case, the suspects, etc. The case is still good as interesting and as all others, very sad.

I love this podcast. I discovered it recently and have spent hours binging it. Sooo good.
