Born and raised in Thailand, Paryn started her career as a business developer, responsible for launching a new product, and made a transition to management consulting at Deloitte, where she was able to obtain lots of international experiences. Since she wanted to go to the tech industry after B-school, she did lots of internships in the tech industry such as Dell Technologies, Microsoft, and also Adobe during the MBA period. YC Xie was born and raised in Shanghai, China. Prior to Ross, he worked at several different companies in China including McDonald as a HR manager. Since HR roles were about cost management, he wanted to do something making profits and revenues, which became a strong motivation to do an MBA degree at Ross. Also due to his family background, he had lots of interests in the healthcare industry, making him pursue a dual degree in MPH. As a marketing manager at Amgen now, he is a parent of a dog, two cats and a hamster now!
