This week we hear from Andy Maguire (Insta @itsonandy) who is running the length of the River Severn in 4 days - over 220 miles, cared and catered for along the way by his wife Laura. Andy is a man of adventure, but is also running in aid of Cancer Research.

Welcome to MARMCAST!! It's Episode 9!!

The weeks are flying by, but the Summer has officially started. After busy weeks at work, the boys are knackered. Will they find a second wind for tonight's recording?

The Summer will be busy. The boys discuss their future bookings, MARM's vow to break his parkrun PB and a critique of their current running form.

Phil joins the boys for a game of Goldy on the Guitar with skills only in 1980's gameshows. Andy however has none of these in his back pocket tonight. Will Phil be the first guest to fail??

The Race Ladder adds the Northbrook 10K to it's ranks and Andy goes through another bursting mail bag.

Welcome to MARMCAST!! It's Episode 8!!

Hot on the heels of the midweek edition, the boys return to their usual Friday slot, dripping and sweltering in the heat.

Although neither of the boys has a race to review, everything is on the table. From Andy revealing the secrets of a successful Temu "roundup"; to everyone's favourite salad.

Laura from Telford plays "Goldy on the Guitar" and special guest Andrew discusses the Transplant Games. Andy negotiates his way around a bursting MARMCAST satchel as adeptly as he would the Redditch ringroad - or stalking famous sportsman in HMV.
