On this episode of YBTT...it's another journey into what is going on currently in my mind. Letting go of my radio life has been a real struggle, and guess what, that's OK. And this week, on my mind is the fact that I caught some shit when I started to talk about my struggles and society told me as a dude, I'm not supposed to do that. Get outta here. It's helped me so much during all this, that I know there is someone else out there that could benefit from taking that chance, and letting their guard down.

After a social media scandal caused me to lose my employment, I hit rock bottom. But, I didn't give up. Panic attacks. Crisis Centers. Medicine. Tears. Thoughts. But, I didn't give up.
