  • What Is Essential Is Invisible | Gabrielle Senza
    Apr 5 2026

Have you ever walked into a room full of people and still felt completely invisible? Or longed to be truly seen and heard — while simultaneously wanting to disappear? You're not alone, and you're not broken.

The tension between feeling invisible and the fear of being seen is one of the most quietly universal human experiences of our time — and it runs far deeper than most of us realize.

In this conversation on the MAGICademy Podcast, international artist and facilitator Gabrielle Senza — founder of the Invisibility Lab — explores what it really means to move through the world as your full, authentic self.

From the thousand invisible things we rely on every day, to the invisible wounds that quietly shape our sense of self-worth, to the simple but radical practice of noticing — this episode is an invitation to stop sleepwalking through the ordinary and start seeing, with the heart, what has always been essential.

Because healing, belonging, and visibility don't begin out there. They begin the moment you decide to pay attention.

  • Why the Right Music Might Be the Best Medicine | John Stuart Reid
    Mar 22 2026

In this episode with CymaScope inventor John Stuart Reid to explore the science of sound healing, vagus nerve stimulation, and what it really means to use music as medicine.

Music as medicine is not a new idea — Pythagoras proposed it 2,500 years ago. Reid is building the science to prove it and make its healing impact more accessible in our daily life.

Drawing on lab blood experiments conducted with professor Sungchul Ji (emeritus, Rutgers University), Reid explains how low frequency sound — the deep bass vibrations most devices filter out — reaches the vagus nerve through the outer ear and drives a chain of healing responses:

reduced chronic inflammation, nervous system regulation, immune system support, and natural stress relief.

  • How We Build Relationships Across Time | Michel Bauwens
    Mar 8 2026

What if the way humans have always organized — in tribes, in gift economies, in shared village commons — never disappeared? It just kept reinventing itself.

In this episode of MAGICommons, we sit down with Michel Bauwens, founder of the P2P Foundation and one of the leading voices in peer-to-peer theory, cosmolocalism, and the future of the commons.

Together we trace the four fundamental modes of human relational grammar — from communal shareholding and the gift economy to authority ranking and market pricing — and explore how these patterns are re-emerging today in bioregional movements, distributed manufacturing, digital commons, and Web3 communities.

If you've been thinking about self-sovereignty, regenerative economies, or simply how people find each other and build something together in uncertain times, this conversation is for you.
