Maharishikaa reveals to Anand one mystery of sexual mastery, as he finds himself fighting lust. Maharishikaa says it’s rather normal for Anand to have these feelings of lust based on his age, and he must also experience it without guilt. However, it is essential to not be a victim, but rather a master of this sexual energy.

She illustrates the different faces of sexuality in the various realms of consciousness, exemplifying it as love in the emotional. As this potent sexual energy is transmuted, it changes its expression. Maharishikaa speaks about the practices of energy transmutation and how to transmute sexual energy, which can be learned, if he’s serious and willing to invest time, effort, and energy into it.

In the meanwhile, Maharishikaa shows him how he can start by simply observing and becoming aware of this sexual energy, which resides in and below the genital area, and try to feel this frothing pool of energy that is within his body.

To his question on whether he should connect with those with similar ethnicity as himself, Maharishikaa clearly states that the more transformed an individual, the less they are impacted by the genetic makeup of another, and are able to be around people of all ethnicities.
