Love Your Naked Ass: The Midlife Rebellion Edition is the next evolution of the original show — bigger, bolder, and built for the woman who’s officially done playing small.

This version is louder, more honest, and unapologetically here to call out every outdated, sugar-coated piece of midlife advice we’ve been fed for decades.

Hosted by Kimberly Riggins — certified health and life coach, holistic nutritionist, and unapologetic midlife rebel — this podcast gives you the raw, unfiltered truth about navigating perimenopause, menopause, and the messy magic of midlife. No filters. No shame. No pretending everything is “fine.”

Each week, we rebel against the rules and dive into real conversations about:

  • Boosting energy and ditching midlife fatigue
  • Navigating perimenopause without losing your sanity
  • Eating smarter, lifting heavier, and feeling stronger
  • Rebuilding confidence and creating your midlife comeback
  • Redefining what it means to thrive in your 40s, 50s, and beyond

If you're ready to stop hiding, stop apologizing, and step into a midlife that finally feels like yours… you're exactly where you need to be.

Season 2 is officially here — and the rebellion is just getting started.

  • The Power of Saying No: Stop Overcommitting and Start Owning Your Time
    Mar 17 2026

Your calendar is full. Your energy is gone. And somehow, everyone else’s needs are getting met. Except yours.

In midlife, most of us were taught that being “good” meant being available. But every time you say yes to something that drains you, you’re saying no to yourself.

    Saying no isn’t selfish.
It’s how you get your life back.

What You’ll Learn in This Episode:

    • Why overcommitting gets worse in midlife. And why it’s not a character flaw.
    • The real cost of people-pleasing: burnout, resentment, and a life that feels like it’s happening to you
    • Why saying no is a power move. Not a personality flaw.
    • Simple, no-drama ways to start saying no without over-explaining or apologizing
    • How to choose alignment over approval when deciding what gets your time and energy

    Action Step:

This week, identify one thing you’ve been overcommitting to that drains your energy. Say no to it, step back from it, or renegotiate it.

Then take that reclaimed time and use it for something that actually supports you.

    Rest.
    Move your body.
    Work toward a goal.
    Do absolutely nothing.

    All of it counts.

It doesn’t have to be big.
It just has to be yours.

  • Self-Care Isn’t Selfish: Prioritize Your Needs Without Guilt
    Mar 10 2026

Somewhere along the way, many women learned that taking care of everyone else was the job and taking care of ourselves was optional.

We became the reliable ones. The helpers. The ones who say yes, show up, and hold everything together.

But constantly putting yourself last doesn’t make you more loving or more valuable. It makes you exhausted.

In this episode, we’re talking about why self-care isn’t selfish. It’s essential. From the guilt that keeps women stuck in burnout to practical ways to start prioritizing yourself without blowing up your life, this conversation is about reclaiming your energy, your health, and your sense of self in midlife.

Because you don’t need to earn rest.
And you don’t need permission to matter.

What You’ll Learn in This Episode

    • Why so many women feel guilty putting themselves first
    • How chronic over-giving leads to burnout and resentment
    • Simple ways to start prioritizing your time and energy without guilt

    Action Step

Block 30 minutes on your calendar this week just for yourself.

Treat it like an appointment you wouldn’t cancel.
    No multitasking.
    No guilt.
    No rescheduling for someone else.

Move your body. Sit in quiet. Read. Breathe. Rest.

It doesn’t have to be big.
It just has to be yours.

  • Say Goodbye to Perfectionism: Embrace Progress, Not Perfection
    Mar 3 2026

    Perfectionism sounds productive.

    It looks disciplined.
    It feels responsible.
It disguises itself as high standards.

But in midlife, perfectionism is not helping you grow.

    It is keeping you stuck.

In this episode, we break down how perfectionism quietly stalls your health goals, your confidence, your voice, and your next move. We talk about why waiting until you are ready, thinner, calmer, more confident, or more prepared is costing you time. And what actually builds momentum instead.

Because progress, not perfection, is what changes your body, your relationships, and your life.

If you have been waiting for permission to move imperfectly, this is it.

What You’ll Learn in This Episode:

    • Why perfectionism feels productive but actually keeps you frozen
    • How high standards can be fear in disguise
    • The hidden cost of waiting until you feel ready
    • Why perfectionism gets louder in midlife
    • How confidence is built by showing up again, not by getting it right the first time

    Action Step:

Choose one area of your life where perfectionism is running the show.

    Your body.
    Your health.
    Your business.
    Your relationships.
    Your voice.

Then take one imperfect step this week.

    One walk.
    One conversation.
    One boundary.
    One email.
    One decision.

    Progress does not need drama.
    It needs movement.
