At 67, it hasn't always been this way for Deirdre. She has come through some painfully dark times and it is her life's mission to bestow her knowledge, skills, and wisdom to the rest of the world, so we can fast track our happiness.
Deirdre opens up about her father's struggle with alcohol, eventual suicide and the wider ramifications this had on her and her family.
