Losing a loved one is one of the hardest things in life. Some women find it easier to talk about it while others choose not to. Whatever your situation may be we created this guided meditation to help you deal with the emotions you are facing and to provide an outlet to feel and embrace those emotions instead of tucking them away.

This meditation serves as a reminder that it is ok to be vulnerable and acknowledge the feelings you are having, while providing you with a reminder that you are human, and more importantly, that you are not alone. Acknowledge the grief you have in a safe environment with this meditation.
